60-Day Free Returns

Steel Tech Lights offers a 60-day free return period on eligible products. Customers may return qualifying items for any reason within this time frame.

  • The 60-day return period begins on the date the order is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

  • Returns requested after the 60-day window has expired may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, hardware, and components

  • The product must be in new, resalable condition

  • A return authorization (RMA) must be obtained before sending the product back

Steel Tech Lights reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom-built, made-to-order, or special-order products

  • Clearance, closeout, or final sale items

  • Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged

  • Products with missing parts, packaging, or accessories

  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or locations outside the continental United States

These items are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

Return Authorization & Process

All returns require prior authorization.

To initiate a return:

  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions

  3. Ship the item back according to the provided guidelines

Returns sent without authorization, or to an incorrect address, may be refused or returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Refund processing begins only after inspection is completed

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fees & Product Condition

Returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.

  • If a returned item shows signs of use, installation, damage, missing packaging, or alteration, a restocking fee may be applied

  • In severe cases, the restocking fee may be up to 100% of the product value

  • Items deemed non-resalable may be rejected or refunded partially at our discretion

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately.

  • Contact our support team as soon as the issue is identified

  • Provide order details and, if requested, photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

Steel Tech Lights will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
